TNT to Air 'Pirates of Plastic Valley' in Tribute to Jobs

Turner Network Television"Pirates of Plastic Valley" TNT pays tribute to late Apple co-founder Jobs on Thursday evening by airing two broadcasts of their 1999 Emmy-nominated telefilm Pirates of Plastic Valley. THR's Jobs Coverage TNT will broadcast the 1999 telefilm starring Noah Wyle as Jobs on Thursday at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET/PT. Pirates of Plastic Valley, which co-stars Anthony Michael Hall as Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Joey Slotnick as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, involves the race between Apple Computer systems and Microsoft from early dorm-room tinkering days towards the companies' boardroom battles. Wyle, inside a statement released to THR, remembered his time meeting Jobs and also the work he place in to representing him onscreen.
